Display: 

start recovery heart rate

Time count back with current heart rate and the value of the heart rate at the start of the recovery
heart rate. The percentage information shows the ratio: current heart rate to maximum heart rate.
Pressing "

back

" cancels the recovery heart rate measurement and the display goes back to

ready to exercise.

Display:

end of 

recovery heart rate

At the end of the recovery heart rate measurement you will receive the information about your
end heart rate after 60 seconds, the difference between the start heart rate and the end heart
rate and the fitness mark that has been calculated from that.

In this function the balance mass will automatically be slowed down. Further training is inexpe-
dient. 
Pressing "

back

" takes you back to being ready to exercise.

Note:

Measuring the recovery heart rate and losing the heart rate

If the heart rate measuring is interrupted then the time will be run but no fitness mark will be cal-
culated.

back

" takes you back to being ready to exercise.

Taking a break from training or ending your session

With less than 10 rpm or by pressing "rest", the equipment recognises a break in the exercise
session.

Display 

:Just as in the menu "settings > standby", the exercise data will be shown. If you do not

press any keys during this time or train, then the machine will go into standby mode.

Resuming the exercise session

If you continue exercising during the "standby time", the last values shown will continue to count
up or down. 

Individual exercise profiles (editing)

In the "programmes" menu, you are able to create individual performance profiles and HRC pro-
file programmes.

Power (individual)

There are 5 power programmes available, with various durations and distances, which can be
changed to suit individual needs.

Pressing

"edit" 

changes to the view "profile edit".
