Attach handlebars (No. 6,7). Use spanner wrench to
fasten the pivot bolts (No. 19) placed in the footrest
grips to the pivot holes provided on the frame. Ensure
the handlebar leans towards the rider and the handlebar
grips facing outwards.

Connecting the link bar (No. 20) to the bottom of the han-
dlebar fit the pin (No. 5) through the bottom of the handle-
bar. Fasten the pin with B clamp (No. 18).

Connecting computer cable (No. 9) with the cable under
the computer (No. 8). Remove the screws and washers
from the back of the computer bracket on top of the head
stem. Ensure the screws and washers behind the comput-
er bracket are fastened again to hold the computer firmly
in place.
Important
This product is designed for use by adults. Precautions
must be taken to prevent children using or playing with this
exercise bike. This bike must be used in a level surface at
all times. Do not pedal backwards as this will damage the
computer, cable and drive and void the warranty.
Assembly of CardioMax Air Bike

. Remove all security tape and wrapping

Attach stabilizer bar (No.16) and rear stabilizer bar (No. 3)
to the frame by using the bolts (No.17), washers (No.12,
13) and cap nuts (No.15) provided. Please not that the
center distance between the two the screw holes of the rear
stabilizer bar.

Attach pedals (No.14). Axles of pedals are branded "L"
and "R". The pedal marked "R" goes on the right hand
side of the bike and that marked "L" on the left hand side.
Tighten each pedal by turning portion towards the front of
the bike.

Mount the saddle (No.1) to the seat post (No. 2). Level
the saddle then fasten the nut and bolt at both sides of
the saddle.

Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the height
according to your requirements by using the quick release
seat knob (No. 4)

Using the cord provided tie the computer (No. 9) from the
bottom to the top. Pull the computer cable outside the top
of the head stem then untie the cord.
7.
Insert the head stem onto the frame. Secure in position
with bolts (No. 11) and washers (No. 12,13) provided.
