[SENSe:]{RESistance|FRESistance}:NULL:VALue {<

[SENSe:]{RESistance|FRESistance}:NULL:VALue? [{MIN|MAX|DEF}]
Stores a null value for all resistance measurements.
This parameter is common to 2-wire and 4-wire resistance measurements. Using the FRESistance version
of this command or query is identical to using the RESistance version.
Parameter
Typical Return
-120 MΩ to +120 MΩ. Default: 0. (34460A/61A)
-1.2 GΩ to +1.2 GΩ. Default: 0. (34465A/70A)
+1.0402
Configure 2-wire resistance measurements, using the null function to remove 100 mΩ of wiring resistance.
Make and read two measurements:
CONF:RES
RES:NULL:STAT ON;VAL .1
SAMP:COUN 2
READ?
Typical Response: +1.0402,+1.0402
l
Specifying a null value disables automatic null value selection (
{RESistance|FRESistance}:NULL:VALue:AUTO OFF
).
l
To use the null value, the null state must be on (
[SENSe:]{RESistance|FRESistance}:NULL:STATe ON
).
l
This parameter is set to its default value after a Factory Reset (
), Instrument Preset
(
), or CONFigure function.
