Keysight M1970 Series User’s Guide

Maintenance

Preventive maintenance includes covering the waveguide with the waveguide cap 

when the mixer is not in use, and avoiding rough handling that could damage the 

SMA and USB connectors.
Do not remove the foam installed in the open end of the waveguide. The foam 

prevents small objects from entering the waveguide.
