16.4. Download of Fonts, Logos or Batch Files
The printer comes with the option to update fonts or batch files through the USB or RS232
interface, the user can manage himself the creation and download of the files by means of the
available commands.
KFI can supply additional files upon request, all control commands required for the download
will be integrated in an update file, they only have to be sent to the controller.
16.5. Batch Files
A request through the command

< Batch No>
will have the same effect as if the data of
this batch file is sent through the interface to the printer.
Therefore, batch files can contain text, graphics, logos and even commands.
Batch files are macros that can be stored in the dedicated memory area.
The Naut printer can contain up to 10 batches files, from T0 to T9.
Every batch can contain
63 KBytes
max. of data (
630 kbytes
max. for all the 10 batches).
The user can delete the existing batch files and install own files.
KFI
supplies upon request an utility to easy manage batch files with the NAUT printer.

[Description] Executes the <Batch No> with the printer.
Batch No. is a decimal value and starts with zero.
T0, T1, T2, T3, T4 are installed as factory setup.
T0 performs a paper feed of 20mm and full cut (it is also associated to the Cut button)
T1 performs a printout of some printer parameters
T2 performs a printout of all the sets of characters installed in the printer.
T3 performs a printout of a pattern for print quality evaluations
T4 performs a printout of a pattern for a power supply evaluations.
