5.6.3 Alarm
This feature allows administrator to define the condition for the alarm to be triggered.

Description

Normal State
Press
to adjust the status of the normal state to either open or
close.
NOTE: Please set the Normal State to N/A when there is no alarm
connected.

Focus Camera
Administrator can prioritize the camera that will respond to a
specified alarm input.

Duration
Press
to adjust the length of warning period when the alarm is
triggered.

Goto Preset
User can set the monitor to display the defined preset camera
image upon an event trigger.

Pre-record
Press
to adjust the transition period before initiating the
recording prior to event trigger.

Post-record
Press
to adjust the transition period before initiating the
recording after an event trigger.

Alarm out
Click
to select the alarm output triggered by a specific event.

Buzzer
Click
Enter
to activate the buzzer warning due to an alarm
trigger.

Log
When enabled, the system will record all video loss history.

Screen Message
Click to enable/disable event message being displayed on the
screen.

Enable this feature will trigger video files be sent to the email
upon an event trigger.
C
FTP
Enable this feature will trigger video files be sent to the FTP
server upon an event trigger.
NOTE:
User can press COPY (
) to copy the setting of alarm 1 to all subsequent alarm settings.
