25. Remove the two smaller nuts in the rear. Fig. 13
26. Fold the tray up and remove the two seat bolts and then remove the tray. Fig. 14
27. For vehicles equipped with one piece rear bench seats remove the 18mm bolt securing the
driver’s (left) side of the seat to the floor.
28. For one piece rear bench seat you will also need to find threaded nut insert in the floor pan
concealed by the carpet flap. Fig. 15
29. Set the enclosure in place and reinstall and tighten all seat bolts and Torque to 30 ft/lbs (a
bolt is supplied for one piece bench seats) Fig. 16
30. Route the subwoofer harness behind the plastic trim panel on the end of the rear seat and
under the driver’s side rear outermost seat bracket. Fig.17
31. Connect the four pin plug of the subwoofer harness to the subwoofer enclosure.
32. If the vehicle is equipped with a factory subwoofer it must be disconnected for the system to
operate properly.
33. Reinstall all previously removed parts in reverse
order.
34. Install the supplied fuse in the fuse holder under
the hood.
35. Reconnect the negative battery cable. Torque to
5Nm.
