Assembly

Follow the assembly steps in the order listed below.

  Attach the left and right front wheel assembly to the  

front axle.

  Cut the zip tie to remove the gear box from the rear 

axle. Insert the gear box into the gear box opening in 
the wheel well. 

  Insert the rear axle completely through the left, rear 

wheel well.

❹   Attach the left and right rear wheel assembly to the rear 

axle. 

  Insert the steering wheel over the end of the steering 

column. Secure with the nut and bolt. Note: Connect the 

wire connector from the steering wheel to the wires 

connector coming from steering column.

  Insert the wings into the wing slot on each side of the 

body. 

  Connect the wires located underneath propeller base 

and on top of the propeller base slot.

  Insert the propeller into the propeller base. Then insert 

the propeller assembly down into the body.

  Insert the rear propeller assembly into the inset on the 

back of the body.

❿  Charge the battery (see charge the battery instructions 

on page 9).

  Fasten the seat to the body and lock into place.  

 

 

Insert the hubcap 

tabs into the 4 slots 

on the wheel inset.

To tighten the wheel 

bolts, place a wrench on 

each wheel bolt and 

simultaneously turn the 

wrenches in the 

opposite directions until 

the bolts are tight.

 

 

Remove the nut 

and bolt from the 

steering wheel 

BEFORE performing

Be sure the gear box and wires 

are completely inserted through 

the gearbox opening.
