Step 35: Install Gussets
Part 1
A:
On the back side of the assembly place 2 (6006) Back Gussets so they meet tightly together to form a point.
Center the (6006) Back Gussets on the inside of the (6034) Floor Back making sure the other ends are flush to the
Long Posts. (Fig.35.1)
B:
From the outside, attach the (6006) Back Gussets at the top using 2 (S15) #8 x 1-3/4” Wood Screws. Attach the
(6006) Back Gussets to the (6002) Long Posts using 1 (S4) #8 x 3” Wood Screw per side in the upper hole and 1
(S11) #8 x 2” Wood Screw per side in the bottom holes. (Fig.35.2)
