5.13 Invalid Settings
When an invalid setting is made, the messages shown below flash on the tester. Test-
ing cannot be performed when a message is displayed. The messages below are
arranged in order of priority.
INVALID CH
“IN
V
ALID CH” appears in the scanner channel settings when a
channel that is not connected to the tester is specified.
OVER WAIT
“O
V
ER WAIT” is displayed when, with the timer on, the preset wait
time exceeds the sum of the rise time and the test time.
OVER 55 W
“O
V
ER 55 W” is displayed when, in settings for a DC withstanding
voltage test, the test voltage multiplied by the upper reference
exceeds 55
V
A.
OVER 1.1 mA
“O
V
ER 1.1 mA” is displayed when, during settings for an insulation
resistance test, the test voltage divided by the lower reference
exceeds 1.1 mA.
OVER 0.11mA
(for TOS9213AS
only)
In case of the test voltage setting exceeding 1020
V
on TOS9213AS,
“O
V
ER 0.11 mA” is displayed when the test voltage divided by the
lower/upper reference exceeds 0.11 mA.
UP<=LOW
“UP<=LOW” is displayed when, with the lower or upper judgement
function on, the upper value is set at or below the lower value.
