RS-232C flow control
Communication with the RS-232C must be regulated by flow control or using an
acknowledge message. One-way transmission may make proper communication
difficult. For details on acknowledge messages, see "7.3.1 Messages".
Communication among tester controllers can be controlled by executing Xon and
Xoff. These control codes are controlled by DC (Device Control) codes.
