Setting the insulation resistance test voltage
The test voltage to be applied to a DUT can be set to -10
V
through -1020
V
DC (at
a resolution of 1
V
) on TOS9213S, and -10
V
through -1530
V
(at resolution of 1
V
)
on TOS9213AS. (The negative (-) mark is not displayed.)
To make setting, use the rotary knob with the cursor at the test voltage.

• With the lower judgement function on, if the test voltage divided by the lower ref-
erence exceeds 1.1 mA, “READY” disappears and “O
V
ER 1.1 mA” flashes at the
top right of the LCD to indicate that testing cannot be performed. In case of the
test voltage setting exceeding 1020
V
on TOS9213AS, however, “O
V
ER 0.11
mA” flashes when the test voltage divided by the lower reference exceeds 0.11
mA. In either case, lower the test voltage or raise the lower reference.
