While a test program is running, it shifts the program from the step suspended due
to a HOLD setting in the interval to the next step.
This command message is valid only in the test conditions set up (ACW, DCW, IR),
offset measurement (OFFSET), or program (AUTO) screens. Switch screens using
the FUNCTION message.
