        The procedure for assembling:   

1.Use 4 hex screw fix the Pillar Holder(1) to the table. 
2.Install the Extension Pillar(2) on Pillar Holder(1). 
3.Combine Limit Rod(3) and the Extension Pillar(2). 
4.Take off the coupler of screwdriver and use KP-AUX1T auxiliary Arm Coupler(5)lock on the screwdriver. 
5.Fix the screwdriver on the Clamp(5)then complete the assembly.

The procedure for assembling: 

1.

Fix the Pillar Holder(7) to the Base plate(8). There are two sides available on Base Plate for fixing it. The   
user can change its position according to operation necessary. 

2.

Link the Main Pillar(6) and Extension Pillar(2) together, judge by yourself whether need to use extension   
pillar. If not, skip this procedure.   

3.Fix Main Pillar(6) to Pillar Holder(7) with hexagonal bolts.   
4.Install Support Arm(4) on Main Pillar(6).   
5.Put O-Ring(14) on Main Pillar(6). 
6.Put Limit Rod(3) in Main Pillar and adjust it according to the scope of operation. 
7.Fix Hanger(12) to Extension Pillar(3) and check the joins of Spring Balancer(1) and Support Arm(4) for   
      adjusting its direction.       
8.Install the Spring Balancer(1) on the Hanger(12) and tighten it up. 
9.Hook the Spring Balancer(1) on the fixing hole of Support Arm(4), which have the arm work easily in Main   
      Pillar(6).   
10.Remove the ring from screwdriver so as to fix it to clamp(5) with tightening screws (#KP20010). 
11.Adjust the four screws (#KP20009) for setting screwdriver to the clamp(5). Put the two screws (KP20011)   
      through the ring aperture of the screwdriver then tighten up.   
12.Adjust the screwdriver to the best operation state then tighten four screws (PK20009) up.     
13.According to the feeling of smooth operation to adjust the Spring Balancer’s tension force (Refer to its   
      operation manual). 
   

1.Keep work area clean. 
2.The use of any part other than genuine Kilews replacement parts may invalidate all warranties. 
3.Whenever change the screwdriver or brushes, position the Power Switch of the screwdriver to “OFF” and   
    unplug the power cord to keep the danger off..   
4.Do not use large electric screwdriver to this small Auxiliary Arm. Do not use this Auxiliary Arm for purpose   
    not intended, like drill.   
5.Inspect all joins of this Auxiliary Arm periodically and if damaged or have operation problem, have them 
    repaired by an authorized service facility.    Keep it clean and away from greasy dirt.   
6.Do not overload weight on the auxiliary arm than its capacity. Failing to do so will result in the auxiliary arm 
    not to return to it’s original position.
