Instructions for Use
1.
Plug the Bain Marie in .
2.
Turn the control dial to the required setting (See below).
Heat for 15 minutes.
3.
You can then load the pre-heated foodstuff.

BM2 ONLY:
If using
WET,
fill wet well with approximately
2.5cms of hot water and periodically check and top up when
needed.
5.
BM1
is a dry heat only Bain Marie, Do not add water.
Food must be fully cooked before being loaded into the
warmer
–
IT IS NOT DESIGNED TO COOK FOOD OR HEAT FOOD
FROM COLD.
Wiring Instructions for UK Plug
This appliance must be earthed, any work carried out must be done by a
qualified electrician.
1.
Prepare all 3 wires by stripping back silicone
to expose 8mm of bare wire

Loosen cord grip
3.
Wire in the sequence: Neutral
–
Live
–
Earth
4.
Ensure terminal screws are tight
