Use TEMP rotary knob in driver zone, between ON and OFF, change the states of front step radiator and
additional radiator in driver zone; Use TEMP rotary knob in passenger zone, between ON and OFF, change the
state of rear step radiator. Press blower speed boosting key (less than 2Sec.) in driver zone once more, exit
from manual control interface.
(2) When fault occurred in temperature sensors in driver zone and in passenger zone:
①
set temperature more than 22
℃
(included), turn on maximum heating mode.
②
set temperature less than 22
℃
(included), turn on maximum cooling mode.
(3) CAN communication fault between control module and control panel,
A/C in driver zone and A/C in passenger zone lie in sleeping working state.
(4) Battery voltage is low:
Battery voltage is less than 22V, A/C in driver zone and passenger zone lie in sleeping working state, if fuel
heater is on timing working mode, then will give no battery power to fuel heater and fuel heater water pump.
(5) Evaporator defrosting:

When evaporator temperature sensor in driver zone, detect the temperature is less than 2 centigrade,
refrigerant feed-liquid solenoid valve in driver zone will be turned off.

When any loop evaporator temperature sensor in passenger zone, detect the temperature is less than 2
centigrade, the system will enter into defrosting mode. Once two loops sensors detecting more than 8
centigrade, stop defrosting. When in defrosting mode, compressor and condenser blower both stop working,
evaporator blower run at 3th gears, indicate “ICE ERR” on display screen.
(6) Compressor occurs faults
①
It should take 30 seconds for compressor to start once more after stopping (it take 10 seconds for initial
starting), turn on condenser blower and output idle-boosting signal before compressor starting, after
compressor was turned off, the condenser blower kept running for 10 seconds, and idle boosting signal gave
no output.

Compressor at least need run for 10 seconds after starting, stop only permitted.

If high/low pressure switch were turned off, moreover, close condenser blower after turning off
compressor for 10 seconds, and indicate fault code. When high/low pressure switch were connected again,
firstly, there were signals from condenser blower and idle boosting output, after 10 seconds, occurred signal
from compressor output.
(7) Working power fault on generator:
①
When voltage value ≥32V, and keep 5 seconds, A/C stop working and indicate fault code;
When voltage value reach to 29V, and keep 5 seconds, A/C begin to work in normal state.
②
When voltage value ≤22V, and keep 5 seconds, A/C stop working and indicate fault code;
When voltage value reach to 23V, and keep 5 seconds, A/C begin to work in normal state.
