Instructions & Warnings
• This sprayer is intended for use with water-based solutions of:
insecticides, fungicides, weedkillers & fertilisers.
• Do not use inflammable products, nor explosive products, nor
acids nor corrosive products in your sprayer. Do not spray any
solvent, e.g. White spirit.
• Always follow the chemical suppliers instructions, as well
as the instructions supplied with this sprayer. Avoid inhaling
spray mist.
• Avoid skin contact with chemicals.
• Always work in a well-ventilated area.
• Take care to protect children, pets & fish from exposure
to chemicals.
• Always wash hands thoroughly after use & especially
before eating.
• Always wash any contaminated clothing.
• Seek medical attention if spray gets in your eyes or you
develop any symptoms after spraying.
• Do not spray near food or food preparation areas. When
spraying crops, pay particular attention to the chemical
manufacturers advice on time before crops can be eaten.
• Spray only thin watery solutions; thicker mixtures will clog
the nozzle.
• Powdered chemicals can be sprayed successfully if they are
completely soluble in water. If they are not, or the solution
tends to settle, spraying can still be successful if the mixture is
continually agitated.
• Check tightness of all connections and ensure there is no
leakage from any part before using this product.
• The user must always ask the dealer for the safety card of
any chemical product to be used and any residual liquid
must be disposed of responsibly. The use of substances
not in conformity with the current regulations and supplied
instructions is at the user’s risk and peril.
Area of Application
• This apparatus is exclusively designed for the application
of GARDEN PLANT PROTECTING AGENTS (fungicides,
herbicides, insecticides). This apparatus is for use in
the following areas of application: Fruit crops, market
garden crops, in greenhouses, fields, hops, special/
ornamental plant crops, nurseries, forests/uncultivated land,
meadows, pastures.
• IMPORTANT: This apparatus must not contain or be used
to spray chlorine, solvents or acetone-based or acid-based
products. Nor should it be used for the application of bleach,
cleaning products or disinfectants.
Safety Rules
• This apparatus is equipped with a switch that allows supply
to the lance to be stopped as soon as the switch is no longer
being pressed.
• Check that the apparatus operates correctly by ensuring there
are no leaks when there are several litres of water in the tank.
• The apparatus must not be used or stored at temperatures
under 5°C or over 40°C, neither during overwintering or during
the rest of the year.
• The solution to be sprayed must not exceed 25°C.
• Only use in calm weather (no wind).
• Do not use explosive, acidic, and/or corrosive products in
the sprayer.
• Do not spray in the direction of flames or other heat sources.
• Wear protective clothing, protective gloves, protective goggles
and a protective mask.
• Do not smoke, eat or drink during use.
• Do not spray in the direction of other people or pets.
• Keep other people and pets at a reasonable distance from the
apparatus when spraying.
• Help protect the environment; only spray the surfaces to
be treated.
• This apparatus must not be used by individuals suffering from
fatigue or illness, or by any person under the influence of
alcohol, drugs or other medication.
