Tiltrotator is
connected but the
terminal shows "No
tiltrotator"
Moisture in plugs or electrical couplings.
1. Check wiring from the cab to the
tiltrotator.
2. Measure voltages at the NOX module.
The following voltages should be
present (pin 4 negative):
•
Pin 1: 9 to 36 V
•
Pin 2: 2.5 to 4.5 V
•
Pin 3: 0.5 to 2.5 V
3. Replace NOX module.
Tiltrotator or
functions not
moving, pump
swings out
Moisture in plugs or electrical couplings.
1. Check the status of the function
currents in the I/O menu.
2. Make sure that the shutoff valves are
open.
3. Check whether the open tank return is
activated.
4. Replace NOX module.
Chippings or dirt in the valve.
1. Replace solenoid coils in the tiltrotator.
Tiltrotator not
moving, pump does
not swing out
Hydraulic problem
1. Check whether the armrest is closed.
2. Check whether the auxiliary hydraulic
system is activated.
3. Check the status of the pressure
reduction valve currents in the I/O
menu.
4. Measure the voltages at the cab
module during a joystick emulation.
5. Replace cab module.
Extra function or
individual functions
not working
1. Check whether the correct tool has
been selected.
2. Check whether the correct user has
been selected.
Angle display not
working
Rotation display is an option.
1. Check the wiring to the rotary encoder
in the NOX module.
2. Check the wiring to the absolute sensor
in the NOX module.
3. Replace sensors or NOX module.
Rotation angle
incorrect
Tiltrotator moves without control system, e.g. for
maintenance purposes.
1. Rotate the tiltrotator one full turn in
each direction.
