NOTE: It is suggested to make copies of this “Maintenance Schedule” form to assist with
performing routine maintenance inspection of the equipment. This will also serve as a
retention record of all safety and maintenance inspections.
4 check hay brake operations
cross conveyor
1 check for wear on chain assembly
2 check for wear on flooring
3 check drive system
4 check conveyor take-ups and adjust if needed
5 check operations of cross conveyor slide
two speed gear box
1 check yokes for tightness, (check set screws)
2 check oil levels, fill if needed (after pulling sample)
3 check shift pressures & record (where applicable)
4 check shift linkage adjustment & tighten (where applicable)
5 check tightness of gearbox mounting bolts

1 check and grease shaft, (check set screws & locking collar)
