During operation, the unit can be stocked with chilled goods at any
time.
If the unit door is opened for more than 60 seconds during
stocking, the door-open alarm is triggered
Observe the following when stocking the unit:
n
Make sure that the chilled goods match the intended purpose of
the unit.
n
Make sure that no infected or contaminated chilled goods are
stored.
n
Make sure that the chilled goods are stored in closed con-
tainers.
n
Observe the maximum carrying capacity of the wire shelves and
drawers.
n
Before and during stocking, comply with the applicable regula-
tions on personal hygiene.
n
Before and during stocking, comply with the safety requirements
relevant for the type of chilled goods.
CAUTION!
Danger of injury from broken drawers or
shelves and falling chilled goods after over-
loading!
The carrying capacity of the shelves and drawers
is limited. If the shelves and drawers are over-
loaded, they can break. There is a danger of cut-
ting injuries caused by broken edges. Falling
chilled goods can cause bruising.
– Load the drawers and shelves with a maximum
of 100 kg/m² (as per DIN 58345/58371/58375).
– Store chilled goods in break-proof containers.
– Make sure that the chilled goods are stable and
cannot fall over.
Requirements:
n
The unit has been commissioned and the target temperature
has been reached.
n
The cooling chain for the chilled goods as specified by the rele-
vant manufacturer has been maintained.

door-open alarm if necessary.
