is designed exclusively for use with KitchenAid 6.9 L

Bowl-Lift Stand Mixers (models 5KSM7580X, 5KSM7591X, and 5KSM7990X).

For complete information on the installation of the beater, please refer to the Owner’s Manual
that came with your Stand Mixer. There you will also find information regarding the adjustment
for the Beater to Bowl Clearance and Stand Mixer Safety.

Flat Flex Edge Beater incorporates baking ingredients during mixing without having to stop the
motor and use a spatula.

Flat Flex Edge Beater is used for normal to heavy mixtures:

Creamed Frostings

Meat Loaf

Pie Pastries

This Flex Edge Beater folds/pulls in the mixture better and makes scraping unnecessary.

DISPOSAL OF PACKING MATERIAL

The packing material is recyclable and is marked with the recycle symbol

. The various parts

of the packing must therefore be disposed of responsibly and in full compliance with local
authority regulations governing waste disposal.
