This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
7.
Turn the appliance OFF(0), unplug from outlet and detach the
attachment from appliance before cleaning and when not in
use. Turn the appliance to OFF(0) and make sure the motor
stops completely before putting on or taking off parts.
8.
Keep hands, utensils or other objects away from the
attachment with shredding, and slicing blades, or moving parts
while it is in operation to reduce the risk of severe injury to
persons or damage to the attachment.
9.
If food becomes lodged in any blade or the Feed Tube, turn the
motor off and disassemble the attachment to remove the
remaining food.
10.
Do not use the appliance outdoors.
11.
Check the Main Housing for the presence of foreign objects
before using.
12.
Avoid contacting moving parts. Keep fingers out of discharge
opening.
13.
Never leave the appliance unattended while it is in operation.
14.
The use of attachments/accessories not recommended or sold
by KitchenAid may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
15.
Never feed food by hand. Always use the Food Pusher.
16.
Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
17.
Do not use fingers to scrape food away from the discharge
opening or the Strainer Cone while the appliance is operating.
Cut-type injury may result.
18.
Do not use the appliance if the driver mechanism or rotating
parts are damaged. Return appliance to the nearest Authorised
Service Facility for examination, repair, or electrical or
mechanical adjustment.
19.
Do not let the Stand Mixer cord hang over the edge of table or
counter.
