POSITIONING THE EQUIPMENT
Blast chiller is suitable for built-in installation (Blast chiller for built-
in installation) as well as for countertop installation (Blast chiller
for countertop installation).
Neither model should be installed in closed rooms with high
temperatures and where there is insufficient air circulation. Do
not expose the blast chiller to direct sunlight or the weather. Keep
away from sources of heat.
Caution!
When choosing where to install the blast chiller check
that there is enough space for the door to be opened.
Caution!
The power cable is 150 cm long. To prevent
overheating do not use with extension cords or cables.
Consider the location of the sockets when deciding where to
install the blast chiller.
We also strongly recommend that the following instructions are
complied with to prevent overheating.
Built-in models:
to allow enough air circulation leave the back of
the installation compartment open. Provide a minimum air vent of
300cm2 (fig. 4.3.1). When the equipment has been inserted into
the compartment it must be secured with the 4 screws provided.
