COMPONENT COMPARTMENT
Access to the compressor, condenser, condenser fan and other sealed system components can be
gained from the back of the wine cellar.
Removing the Back Panel
The entire back of the wine cellar is covered by a one-piece back panel which must be removed to
access the component compartment.
1. Disconnect the electric power from
the appliance.
2. Empty the wine cellar of all contents.
3. Lock or tape the door shut.
4. Remove the eight (10) ¼" hex-head
screws securing the back panel to
the wine cellar cabinet.
5. Slide the power supply cord
through the hole in the back panel
and set the back panel aside.
If the compressor is to be replaced:
6. Remove the four (4) ¼" hex-head screws securing the back of the cabinet to the base
plate.
7. Loosen, but do not remove, the two (2) ¼" hex-head screws securing the front of the
cabinet to the base plate.
8. Remove the ¼" hex-head screw securing the condenser fan scroud to the cabinet.
9. Tilt the cabinet forward and insert a block of wood on each side between the cabinet and the
base plate.
