For the right front burner only, insert the aluminum choke into
the burner orifice holder.

Replace burner base and tighten the 2 screws.
IMPORTANT:
The igniter electrode is ceramic and could
break during conversion. Be sure that the electrode comes
through the hole in the burner base smoothly while tightening
screws.

Replace burner cap.
11.
Repeat steps 2-10 for the remaining burners.
12.
Open shutoff valve in the gas supply line. The valve is open
when the handle is parallel to the gas pipe.
REMEMBER:
Once you have completed converting all of the
cooktop burners, test the cooktop for leaks by brushing on
an approved noncorrosive leak-detection solution. If bubbles
appear, a leak is indicated. Correct any leaks found.

Plug in cooktop or reconnect power.
Flame Height Adjustment
This cooktop is equipped with a small flame directly under each
grate finger and a larger flame between each grate finger. The
visual difference between the ports will be noticeable when the
burner is used or when adjustments are made to the flame
length.
To Adjust:
This cooktop is shipped from the factory with low and high flame
settings adjusted for use with Natural gas. To set for use with LP
gas, proceed as follows:
1.
Light 1 burner and turn to lowest setting.
2.
Remove the control knob.
3.
Remove grommet from glass.
4.
Use an
¹⁄₈
" (3.0 mm) flat-blade screwdriver to turn the screw
located to the right of the control knob stem until the flame is
the proper size.
5.
Replace the grommet.
6.
Replace the control knob.
7.
Test the flame by turning the control from “LO” to “HI,”
checking the flame at each setting.
8.
Repeat steps 1-7 for each burner.
Convert from LP Gas to Natural Gas
1.
Turn manual shutoff valve to the closed position.
2.
Unplug cooktop or disconnect power.
