TINES REPLACEMENT
In case of wear of the extremity of knives and sharp edge, a replacement
by reversal is possible.
Tines (46 all in all) are installed on metallic furniture in two, back to back.
They are fixed with screw (2), washer (3) and nut (4). For the fixing nut
(4), verify the following points:
• At least two screws of bolt go over the end of nut.
• Tines (1) must not be blocked in their supports and keep free.
NOTE:
In case of break or extreme wear, replace tines.
When the abnormal vibration appears, immediately stop working
and move the machine to flat place, then turn off the engine and
check tines .
Before each operation, make sure that the bolts and nuts are well
fixed and tines are not lacked or damaged.
For safety reason, replace the bolts and nuts with new ones when
the replacement of tine or reversing the tine.
