OPERATION AND PROGRAMS
•
Insert the power plug into outlet, the unit will enter its STANDBY mode.
•
Press “ON/OFF” on panel or remote to begin vibration massage in the
manual mode, default time is 10 minutes in 1 level speed.
•
Press “ON/OFF” on panel or remote to return to the STANDBY model.
•
In the manual mode, press “TIME” at any time to select or adjust your
desired length of vibration time from 1 to 15 minutes, keep circle. Then
use “+” and “-“on panel or remote to adjust your desired speed from 1 to 20
levels.
•
Press “PROGRAM” on panel or “P1”,”P2” or ”P3” on remote to alter your
current vibration program. P1 Automatic program 1, P2 Automatic
program 2, P3 Automatic program, each program run for 10 minutes.
While automatic program, the speed buttons will be disable.
•
Press “MODE” to alter the exercise mode: Oscillation mode (U), Linear
mode (H) and Combination mode (UH).
How to use the Auto Programme
•
P1:
Every 5 seconds, the speed change from 1 level to 20 levels (one by
one), then back to 1 level (one by one), keep circle motion.
•
P2:
Every 8 seconds, the speed change from 1 level to 20 levels (one by
one), then back to 1 level directly, keep circle motion.
•
P3:
Every 10 seconds, the speed change from 2 levels to 10 levels to 5
levels to 15 levels then back to 1 level, keep circle motion.
