Do not use any volatile liquids, detergents or the like. Use a clean dry cloth.

Connect the "halves" of this device, using the supplied screws (left). Use screws to fix the resistance de

vice into the main fram (middle). Add the adjustment knob on top, to asjust the resistance (right picture).
