Kneader
• To attach the kneader to the jar: Insert the kneader in the hole of the jar. Place
the blades holder from the bottom of the jar and turn clockwise to the lock
(the two coincide arrows).
• To remove the kneader from the jar: Turn the blades holder counterclockwise,
and then take it out from the bottom. Pull the kneader from the jar.

Important
: Do not start the machine when the knead is not fixed properly.
Spatula
• The spatula is used to remove food prevent sticking on
the walls of the jar and to help empty the jar.
• The hook at the edge of the spatula is to remove the
steaming basket.
• At the head there is a ring of security which prevents ac-
cess to the blades and at its end, there is a cover made
of a gum and soft material to avoid scratching the jar.

Important
: Never put the spatula the center hole of the
lid, if is working with the paddle incorporated into the
blades. Never use other utensils replacing the spatula.
It may be dangerous.
Butterfly
• For whipping cream, cream, whites egg…
• To remove food without shredding.
• To attach the butterfly. Insert the butterfly onto the blades, causing a slight
pressure down.
• To remove the butterfly. Stretching upward to disengage.

Important
: Never use the butterfly at speeds above 4. Never put the spatula
by central hole of the lid, if you are working with built-in butterfly.
Steaming basket
• For cooking ingredients which do not have to be mixed or crushed.
• To brew, filter or drain broths, smoothies, juices. Hold the basket with spatula
in the filtering operation.
