This can Sauté the onion or garlic or meat.
Example Lentinus Edods Sauce:
50 g spring onion, cut into qu 50 g garlic 50 g dried
mushrooms, soaked in water and then d 50 g oil + 200 g
thick board bean sauce + 1 tsp dark soy sauce + 100 g water, adjus-
ted by favors.
1. Place spring onion, garlic cloves and soaked mushrooms into
mixing bowl, chop with 10 sec/ speed 5. Use spatula to scrape
ingredients down to the bottom.
2. Add in oil. Select MENU function, choose SAUTE, and then, press
ON/OFF. Wait for 3 minutes.
3. Add in thick board bean sauce, dark soy sauce and water, cook
13-15 minutes.
Note:
Default setting: Speed 1 / 3 mins / 100 °C. The highest speed is
Speed 4, the highest temperature is 100 °C.
