NOTE
This unit is designed to function as either a food-cooler or a food-warmer. It is not a refrigerator.
The cooler/warmer unit is designed to maintain the temperature (within its temperature range of
operation) of a food or drink placed inside.
Unplug the unit when not in use.
Keep the unit away from direct sunlight.
Do not store perishables such as medications, fruits, eggs, vegetables, milk, etc. in the unit for a long time.
For better cooling effect, place pre-cooled food or drink in the unit.
Store food in the unit only after the temperature in the cooler gets sufficiently low. Depending on
the outside temperature, it may take several hours after starting the cooler function before a
proper temperature is reached.
The unit needs to “breath” - do not block the vent on the back of the unit (please keep about 4” of
empty space on the sides and back). If this space is blocked, the cooling and warming
performance will be affected and some of the components may become damaged.
Leave spaces between stored items to help air circulation within the unit.
Pre-cool hot foods, then wrap them with plastic film or put them in an airtight receptacle before
storing in the cooler.
Just like a refrigerator, opening the door of the unit frequently will affect its performance.
If the door is kept closed, food stored within will hold its temperature for a period of time if power
to the unit is disconnected. For longer periods of time without power, food may spoil.
Wipe off water from the surface of bottles before storing them.
When storing juicy food, wrap the food with plastic film or put it in an airtight receptacle to
prevent leakage.
When switching the working mode from cooling to warming or vice versa, set the “WARM/COOL”
switch to the “OFF” position first and wait about 10 minutes before changing the mode. This will
help lengthen the life span of the unit.
Instructions shall caution users that modifications not approved by the party responsible for
compliance could void user’s authority to operate the equipment.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

the unit and
unplug
the unit before cleaning.
Do not immerse the unit and adapter in water. Use a damp cloth to clean the unit.

deterioration of the electrical insulation.
Do not use sharp articles, such as a knife, screwdriver, scissors, etc. to scrape of clean the unit.
Tidy up the power cord.
Keep the unit away from children.
Store the unit and the accessories at a dry, cool place.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem

Probable Solution
Water leaks out from
the unit.
Power supply is cut off.
Check the power supply and check
the plug is well connected.
Temperature variance (from low tempe-
rature to high temperature suddenly).
Normal situation, not a mal-function.
The door is opened.
Close the door.
Wet surface of the food or drink.
Wipe off water on the surface of food
and drink before storing.
