10.5.
Skid Plate and Compressor Installation (JK-101)
10.5.1.
Attach JK-101 (
in Figure 21 below. Tighten all fasteners to 11-13 ft-lbs.

NOTE
:
Air tank Drain hole on JK-101 will be towards the rear of the vehicle and directly below
drain valve; loosen and adjust Air Tank position if necessary to re-align position.

10.6.
Connect Air Compressor Leader Hose to Air Tank
10.6.1.
Apply two small drops of
to male pipe thread on Compressor outlet “leader” hose
. Firmly tighten.
10.6.2.
Connect remote air filter to Compressor if you elected to route remote filters.
10.7.
Connect Remote Quick Connect Kit to Vehicle
10.7.1.
Route and attach Quick Connect Coupler Kit to vehicle, as desired using attachment bracket and self-
drilling fasteners, supplied in Coupler package
10.7.2.
Use supplied 1/4“ tubing and attach to port shown above
Some optional locations include under hood, near grill, behind bumper, in bed rail, etc.
