Electrical safety
• The device may only be connected to a supply line with a properly installed grounding
contact.
• Before connecting the device, it must be ensured that the mains connection corresponds
to the connection data.
• The device may only be used within the specified limits for voltage and power
(see technical data).
• Do not touch plugs and sockets with wet hands! Always pull out connected cables
by the plug, not by the cable.
• Do not lift the unit by the cable or use the cable for other purposes. misuse the cable.
• Check plugs and cables before each use.
• Before plugging in the supply cable, make sure that the device is not under load.
• Before removing the supply cable, make sure that the device is not under load.
• Disconnect the device from the power supply during transport.
Device-specific safety instructions
• Never put the device into operation immediately after it has been moved from a cold room
into a warm room. The resulting condensation can destroy the device. Slowly bring the unit
to room temperature and wait until the condensation water has evaporated.
• Only operate the device indoors.
• Never expose the device to water or other liquids.
• The device must not be used in rooms with a bathtub, shower or swimming pool,
or in the vicinity of washbasins, sinks or water connections.
• Symbols located on your device must not be removed or covered.
Any signs on the device that are no longer legible must be replaced immediately.
