(remove from the center ring)
Metal Washer x 16
(remove from the center ring)
Note: The figure side of center ring tube is matched to the figure side of leg connector.
Repeat procedure for the other three legs.

Securely tighten all screws and then tighten all bolts in a diagonal pattern.
