. Insert bolt for ground wire from
outside
of box (FIGURE 2). Place ground wire lug over bolt from
inside
of the box
and tighten nut. Orient the lug as shown in FIGURE 3 to allow the lug to fit within the recess of the housing when
mounted.

. Place
KNAACK PowerCrew
into position with collar protruding through the 3” diameter hole, while feeding excess
grounding screw wire back into housing so box fits flush to steel wall.

. While one person holds
KNAACK PowerCrew
in place, another person mounts the Access Cover on the outside of
the jobsite storage box with the 3 screws provided as shown in FIGURE 4.
NOTE:
Lightly tighten the 3 screws until
final fit is checked. If ground screw mounting prohibits proper seating of
KNAACK PowerCrew
, adjust ground screw
mounting lug to ensure it fits within recess.

. Check to ensure that
KNAACK PowerCrew
and the Access Cover are properly aligned to their corresponding steel
walls and hand tighten the screws snug (do not over tighten).
NOTE
: Gasket material may not compress completely.
Gasket on
KNAACK PowerCrew
and Access Cover will allow slight give when mounted and is normal.

. Place Warning Decal 22-0821 in a visible location nearest the
KNAACK PowerCrew
. (See FIGURE 5).

WARNING
To prevent electrical shock, explosion, fire and serious personal injury when using extension cords with
KNAACK PowerCrew
:
• Follow all extension cord manufacturer’s warnings and instructions when used with this product
• Use only 3-wire extension cords with all three prongs intact. Never remove the round grounding prong.
• Check the insulation and plugs of the extension cord before using. Do not use cord if it is worn or damaged.
• Do not overload extension cord (see table below).
• An extension cord not marked for Outdoor Use must only be used indoors.
• Do not connect extension cord to an outlet that also supplies critical safety equipment with power.

Using long cords with small wire size may lead to
overheating of the extension cord and reduced
power at
KNAACK PowerCrew
outlets.
