OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
4. Using with a Water Bucket (Not Included)
WARNING
• Children can fall into buckets and drown. Keep
children away from buckets containing even a
small amount of liquid.
The misting fan is designed to operate on top of a
5-gallon water bucket.
NOTICE
: Clean the bucket with soap and water
before each use.
a. Place the bucket on a flat, level surface.
b. Add ONLY clean, cold water into the bucket.
Do not overfill.
c. Set the fan base securely onto the rim of the
bucket. The end of the intake tube (G) should
go straight down into the bucket.
NOTICE
: The fan cannot be attached to the
bucket; they cannot be moved as a single unit.
d. Install the battery pack and close the battery-
bay cover.
e. Press the pump switch (F) to set the pump
speed.
f. Press the fan power button (D) to turn on the
fan and select the fan speed.
WARNING
• When filling, moving or emptying the bucket, be careful not to spill water and do not overfill
the bucket. Spilled water can result in a slippery surface, create a slip-and-fall hazard and
cause property damage.
g. To move the fan to another location: Set the fan power button and pump switch to the OFF
(O) positions. Allow the fan and pump to stop running before lifting the fan off the bucket.
5. Using the Fan without Mist
If desired, this product may be used as a fan only, when not connected to a water source.
Always place the intake tube (G) in its storage area.
NOTICE:
Do not press the pump switch to turn on the pump when only use as a fan.
