OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: DO NOT OVERINFLATE ITEM BEING INFLATED.
Remove inflator from carrying bag and place evenly on flat surface.
Insert the 12-volt DC power cord into 12-volt DC power outlet and this will automatically
provide continuous 12-volt current to your inflator.
Connect the clamp-on valve to item you are inflating and push down the valve lock lever to
secure the connection. (Please see Image #1 below).
Move the on/off and light switch to the on position and the inflator will begin to operate.
Monitor the PSI on the gauge to fill your item to desired pressure. Once you have reached
the desired air pressure, move the on/off and light switch to the off position.
Note: Pushing the on/off and light switch to the “
I
” position will turn on the
emergency / work light only. Pushing the on/off and light switch to the “
II
” position
will turn on the inflator and the emergency /work light. Pushing the on/off and light
switch to the “
O
” position will turn the inflator and the emergency / work light off.
To remove the air hose from the item you are inflating, lift up on the valve lock lever.
Remove the 12-volt power cord from the 12-volt DC power outlet.
Allow unit to cool.
Return inflator to carrying bag.
