Settings
tab (
) allows to change settings related to serial port and method of data
downloading from the USB FlashDisk. The settings list contains following fields:
•
Port
field
- used to change the computer’s communication
port to which the converter is connected,
•
Baudrate
field
- defines baud rate,
•
Detect a newly connected Flash Drive
option
- enabling this option causes that if the user connects a flash drive
to the computer, the program asks him to search connected drive
for data files stored by data logger. If files that have been found
contain new data, program will display relevant information or data
will be imported automatically (if the option
Automatically find and
import all new data
is enabled),
•
Automatically find and import all new data
option
- enabling this option causes the program won't ask the user for
search data on connected Flash Drives, because it will always do.
Search result, so the import process, will be accepted automatically.
To make the data searched and imported automatically, the option
Detect a newly connected Flash Drive
must be enabled too,
•
Automatic data download
option
- enabling this option activates mechanism to automatically
download data from all data loggers installed in the program that
are connected to the computer via RS-485 interface. Begin of
download data will be triggered at specified time interval set in the
Time between automatic download
field,
