POWER SUPPLY Problems

Description or Possible Cause

Action

System will not power up.

•

Check source AC power at the wall.

•

Check the CIRCUIT BREAKERS. If either CIRCUIT
BREAKER is open, reset. A cause might be a short in the
POWER MODULE.

•

Check POWER SUPPLY outputs: +24 V DC and +5 V DC.

•

Disconnect the POWER CORD from the wall and use a
METER to check the operation of the POWER SWITCH.

System power is ON, then
OFF.

Press the POWER SWITCH on and hold it in. If power remains
on, but de-energizes with the SWITCH released, check the
following:

•

+24 V DC POWER SUPPLY

•

CONTACTOR RELAY K1 in POWER SUPPLY

•

CABLE connection
