“Happy” LEDs on the MICRO BOARDS
Important
All the MICRO BOARDS on the MCS I
2
C Bus include “HAPPY” LEDs which use blink ON/
OFF patterns to provide status information about the MICRO BOARDS. You can press the
RESET SWITCH on any of the MICRO BOARDS and observe the LED to check operation.
Important
The HAPPY LED for the SORTER BOARD provides additional status information.
“HAPPY” LED Blink Pattern
MICRO “State”
1 second ON/ 1 second OFF
MICRO is “Happy.” Operation is normal.
ON
A MICROCODE flash failure occurred during a software
update. The MICRO is trying recovery.
OFF
A hardware failure has occurred on the MICRO BOARD.
