DICOM Log
This is a subsystem log that includes all MIM Network “events” pulled from an Application
Log. Note that the Subsystem “column” includes only Network. See Sample Log 1 at the end
of this section for descriptions of the “events” in the log.
ERROR TALLY Log
The logs include 2 lists of errors.
•
A “Current Tally”, which lists the number of errors that have occurred from when the count
for the errors was reset to 0.
•
A “Lifetime Tally”, which lists the total count of all errors that have occurred during the
operation of the IMAGER.

To access these logs, connect your LAPTOP to the SERVICE TOOL and select
Logs>Error Tally
. The “Current Error Tally” will display.

The error codes in the “tally” are by application: “DV6800”, “MIM”, or “Service Platform”.

To reset the count for any error to 0, click [Select] for that error and then click
[Reset] at the bottom of the screen.

If you want to reset the count for all errors in the list, click [Select All] and then
[Reset].

To access the “Lifetime Tally”, select “Lifetime”. Note that this screen does not include the
Reset function.

To save:

Click [Save] on the bottom of the ERROR TALLY screen.

In the “Save Copy As” window, select the File Name of the folder on your LAPTOP
to save the “Tally” in.
