10.3.2 Initial settings (Setup)
Each setting for plotting interval, plotting limit (no. of points), fix scale and chart correction is carried
out in the initial settings (Setup) menu.

(1) Plotting Interval
The time interval as well as the distance interval can be selected. If these plotting intervals are set
small, the plot will be detailed but the plotting limit (max. number of points) will be reached rather
quickly. On the other hand, large plotting intervals will result in a crude but longer lasting plot.

(2) Plotting Limit
Sets the maximum number of points to be plotted. If the plot setting is left [ON] and the plotting
limit (max. number of points) is reached, the new points are continued to be plotted while the old
points are deleted one by one starting from the oldest point. Set the plotting limit to 4000 or 2000
points if the residual plot is too long and becomes a screen hindrance.
Setting range:
2000 points, 4000 points, 7000 points
