Why does the screen turn off when I hold my phone close to my ear during a call?
To avoid touching the screen unintentionally, your phone’s proximity sensor automatically
turns off the screen as you hold your phone close to your ear.

doesn’t appear on the status bar or shows poor signals, connect

Please check the following to ensure that:

How do I force my phone to reboot when it hangs or doesn’t respond?
To force your phone to reboot:
1.
Press and hold your phone’s Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously for 10
seconds.
2.
When you feel your phone vibrate, release your phone’s Power and Volume Up
buttons. The reboot screen will appear showing the Kogan logo.
