Step 3:
Insert the front wheel assembly

through the tube on the front bike frame

. The
top of the front wheel assembly

should protrude out slightly.
Step 4:
Using the Allen key/Phillips head screwdriver

, loosen and remove the screw and
nut from the handlebar

. Insert the handlebar onto the protruding part of the front wheel
assembly

. The handlebar will then rest on top of the front bike frame

.
Align the two holes on the handlebar
with those on the front wheel assembly

, then using
the Allen key/Phillips head screwdriver

, reinsert and tighten the screw into one hole
whilst holding the nut on the other.

Note:
Do not tighten the handlebar with a torque of more than 15Nm.
