Troubleshooting

In the event of a malfunction, turn off the water dispenser and disconnect it from the electrical 

power source.

Filter Troubleshooting

Ball has floated off

Impurity on head valve of ball 

float

Valve core seal is misplaced

Screw on ball float

Clean the head valve of the ball float

Check that seal is in position

No water filtering

Top filter layer is jammed due 

to not being cleaned

Filter is old/failed

Remove the filter and wash it under 

a fast flowing tap

Replace the filter
