7. INSTALL BATH
A. BATH SET-IN
The support base “pan” is integral to the unit.
If subfloor is level, no adjustments are required. Set bath
into place, align drain tailpiece with trap, and proceed to
next section.
If subfloor is not level, some leveling of the bath area will
be necessary. Do not support the weight of the bath
by the flange. Do not use drywall plaster as a means
of support.

B. TO ADJUST LEVEL
Shim using shims a minimum size of 6” x 6” with a
maximum spacing of 24”. Set bath into position and align
drain tailpiece with trap. Make sure bath is level.
C. CONNECT DRAIN
When bath is securely positioned, connect drain into trap
as shown.
