At start work
Using fine adjusting screws on the Measuring transducers, adjust the laser beams to the centers of
detectors shutter cover one at a time, refer Fig. 1a & 1b. Once laser is centered on both transducers,
open the shutters. The screen starts display detectors X & Y coordinate position readings for both
transducers (S) & (M). Turn the shaft to the desired 1st position. Now you can choose auto sweep mode
by press
or continue in manual mode, press
to store active reading. Store as many readings as
possible(but not less than 3) and use as wide rotation angle sector as possible(but not less than 60
degrees). When collect data completed press
to start aligning.
Explanation of clock face
Stored readings designated on clock face by green sectors and colored points around
it. Colored points have round shape by default, if colored point has become squared
shape this means you currently view stored reading, designated by this point.
Color of the point designates the standard deviation level from the current misalign
function.

Means data not ready(less than 3 readings stored)
•
Means data excellent within current function
•
Means data not good, but acceptable within current function
•
Means data bad. Reading must be replaced or deleted. Note: when you use
very low readings number(4) it is possible that other reading have bad
value, not this. Use more readings to determine what is bad
