Remove the connector of SCR control and apply
the probes of a tester to resistor terminals 2 and 1,

resistor is normal.
Replace the
defective resistor.
Defective controller
If the above item is normal, the controller is
defective.
Replace the
defective controller.

Remove the speed reducer box to check the clutch
operation.
Disassemble and

Idle rotation of
reduction gear.
The reduction gear is rotating idly when the motor
