3. After completing the adjustment of air, turn the handle of the two-way cock to close and
remove the connector of the air pump.
4. Secure the air tube with the hook and loop fastener under the arm so that the tube does not
get in the way.
* To change the hardness, deflate the bag once and then inflate it again.
* After finishing the practice, turn the handle of the two-way cock to open and deflate the
bags.
