Simple Problem Solving
If you experience any of the following problems while using Kollector, refer to this
problem solving guide to help you remedy the problem. Should any problem
persist, consult your dealer.

Q :
No camera images on display.

Check that the camera cable is properly connected to camera BNC
jack on the
rear panel.
Click the selecting customized functions button on the main screen and
then
make sure that you select recording camera on Kollector Setup tap.
Q :
Forgot the Kollector password.

Consult your dealer to get the A/S service.
Q :
Recording stops at specific time.
A
:
Check that the camera cable is properly connected to camera BNC

Alarm Sensor does not function.

Check that the sensor is properly connected to alarm input connector
on the
rear panel.

make sure that you turn the checkmark on sensor enable on Sensor
tap.

No Kollector main screen on PC monitor displays
A
:
Kollector images can be properly displayed on PC monitor with 60 Hz
or
over of frequency and 800 x 600 pixels resolution.
Please check your monitor's specification.
